Professional, polite and honest advice and service from Mr. Saravanan. My car was stranded with a dead battery, and he was able to identify it's age and source immediately. He did not push to make a battery sale at all, just gave me the information I needed to decide whether to jump start it once and go, or to replace the battery, and let me choose what I wished to do. That was rare by itself... And then he followed it up with efficient execution, without wasting any time on haggling or other negotiations. My car battery died one morning, and it was stuck at the signal next to the koramangla water tank. I found Manjushree shop through a quick Google search and reached out to the proprietor. After explaining the issue, he quickly asked a few details of my car and said he would be there in 10 minutes. Within the next 10 minutes, he came and started the work and got my car ready within 10 minutes. His quick response and repair got me out of a sticky situation of having my car causing a jam on the main road. He didn't hesitate to come despite the fact that he and his family were heading out of station within the hour. They were professional and quick to respond. There was no doubt on the quality of the battery as the proprietor gave me all the documents and registered the battery on the OEM portal, and I got the confirmation from OEM. My car battery died late night and had to be replaced with a new one immediately as I had an urgent work early morning and needed car..i think it was way past 10:30 pm in the night and just thought let me try calling to see if they'll pick up the call, surprisingly Man the owner not only picked up call but also was so kind enough to send his person with new battery immediately to fix it late night around 1130 pm somthing... Price was reasonable and didn't charge for transportation, installation service charge.. Thanks again for the service.. Customer service at it's best, keep up the good work.... ~ Mahesh G
